Increasing icons and text on iPhone and iPad

First of all, it is important to note that on small screens (such as iPhone 5S or iPhone SE), only text can be increased with this method. If you have an iPhone 6 or any iPad, you can now zoom in on the larger space of these devices.

To get started, go to “Settings” on your smartphone or tablet. Then click on the "Screen and Brightness" option, which is just below the "General" tab.

Among the new options that appear, just click on “Text Size” to proceed.

You'll see a manual control for enlarging iPhone and iPad icons and text. To zoom in, just drag the control to the right.

The difference can be seen automatically, so it will be easier to decide which size is right for you.

That done, you can extend the iOS icons if you want. This can be done on the same tab as the "Screen and Brightness" options by simply clicking "Screen Zoom" to continue.

Now just click on the “Enlarged” option and then on “Set” to confirm the action if it is the way you want.

You can change these settings at any time by returning to these same menus if you prefer. An alternative is to use Iconizer, an application that specializes in creating custom icons, making it easy to create shortcuts to call or send messages to the contacts you talk to, among others.
