How to hide photos from WhatsApp gallery

WhatsApp isn't the best security chat app yet, but it's been improving a lot lately. Recently, the application has even received a feature so that the user can discreetly hide photos from the gallery. Before we get started, it is worth mentioning that this feature is very recent and only available to some users. So if you can't find all the options mentioned in the tutorial, you need to wait a little longer for the update.

To get started, open WhatsApp on your phone and click on the three vertical dots at the top right of the screen.

Then click "Settings" to continue.

You should now select the "Data and Storage" option.

In the new options screen, check the box next to “Show media in gallery”. This option will only appear for those who have the feature already implemented in WhatsApp.

Okay, now the photos you receive on WhatsApp will not appear in your smartphone gallery. If the option doesn't come to you yet, just wait a little longer for WhatsApp to release functionality for everyone.
