How to post old photos on Facebook, Messenger and WhatsApp stories
One of Stories' main functions - regardless of whether you're using it on Instagram, Snapchat, Facebook or whatever - is to capture spontaneous moments of your everyday life and put them under more fun lenses. However, most of the Stories were released recently, without being able to use them at some funny time in the past. That's why we've put together a special tutorial that teaches you how to post old photos on Facebook Stories, Messenger, and WhatsApp. Check it out below!
Note : There is no way to post old photos on Instagram Stories and Snapchat.
How to post old photos on Facebook stories
1 - Open the Facebook app and click on your story ;
2 - Tap the icon in the format of two photos, located in the lower right corner of the screen;
3 - A bar will appear with the photos and videos that are stored on your smartphone, just choose which one you want to publish on Facebook Stories;
4 - After selecting the photo, just include the lens, text and drawings, just like a regular Facebook Stories post;

How to post old photos in Messenger stories
1 - Open the Messenger app and tap Add to your day ;
2 - Tap the circle located in the lower left corner of the screen that will open. The circle image will be the most recent photo saved on your device;
3 - A photo gallery will open, just choose which one you want to publish in Messenger;
4 - Just like Facebook Stories, from there just add the lenses, text or drawings as you do in a common Stories post in Messenger;
How to post old photos on WhatsApp Status
1 - Open your WhatsApp and go to the Status bar;
2 - Click on My Status ;
3 - Unlike Facebook and Messenger Stories, WhatsApp Status does not have an icon for past photos, placing them immediately in a bar at the bottom of the screen. Just select the one you want to publish;
4 - Finally, just add the caption, filters, lenses and changes as you do when posting a new status to your WhatsApp.
