How to remove a photo tag from Instagram

Recently Instagram has released to its Web version the "Tagged" tab, where users can view all images that have been tagged by their contacts on the social network. The problem is that sometimes we don't want to be tagged in possibly embarrassing photos or that we just don't do well. For this, there is the option to delete the markup, completely clearing any direct connection on the social network between the image and the user.
