How to take advantage of the free trial of Amazon Prime Video

Amazon Prime Video streaming service has just arrived in Brazil and 200 other countries on Wednesday with the intention of attracting consumers of the popular Netflix. The service offers original series and hundreds of well-known films priced at $ 2.99 for the first six months and increasing to $ 5.99 in the following months. Currently, this price is equivalent to 10 and 20 reais, respectively. Considering that Netflix has plans starting at 20 reais, Amazon is presenting a very competitive price.

Testing Amazon Prime Video

To get started, you should go to the official Amazon Prime Video website via this link. As you may notice, the interface is not so different from Netflix, for example. Click the "Start Your Free Trial" button to continue.

If you already have an account on the Amazon website, simply use your login and password on the next screen. If not, click "Create your Amazon account".

It's very easy to create a new account, just enter your name, email and password of your choice. When you're done, just click on “Create your Amazon account”.

With everything ready, you will be taken to the billing screen. This is to ensure that you have the ability to pay for your subscription if you use the service for more than seven days, so you don't have to worry about improper charges.

Select one of the cards that are already registered (if you have used Amazon before) or register a new card by clicking "Add a Card."

Then you can review the details of your plan and change something if necessary. If that's all right, just click "Start your free 7-day trial."

There, you can enjoy the entire Amazon Prime Video catalog at ease for at least a week. Note that most titles have subtitles in Portuguese, but not all have this option.

You can also cancel the service at any time if you wish.
