How to upload videos in Facebook comments

One of Facebook's newest features is the ability to comment on video posts instead of just normal posts and photos. This feature can be leveraged from your browser, smartphone or tablet, making it much easier to use, as you don't have to transfer the video just to make your comments. To learn how you can try out the new social networking feature, just check out our tips below!

Commenting on Facebook Videos

To get started, open Facebook in your browser or in the official app for your smartphone or tablet. The procedure is basically the same anywhere.

Find a post (either from a friend or something of your own) where you want to leave a video and click "Comment."

Then you'll see some basic options for writing a message, sending a sticker, and the new option to send photos and videos as comments. Click on the camera symbol to proceed.

This will take you straight to the photo and video gallery on your smartphone or PC. If you're on a mobile device, you'll still have the option to make a new video on the fly by clicking the camera symbol with a "+".

Once you have selected the desired video, click finish and the content thumbnail will appear in the post message box. You can even write something to complement the comment and just click the blue arrow (or click "Enter") to upload the video.

Depending on your internet and video size, the comment may take a few seconds longer to post, so don't leave the page until it's properly posted.

Very simple, isn't it ?! You can do this on any post and you can still delete the video like a normal comment if you later regret it.
