Even though the LG G6 is already a good smartphone that is also competitive with its competitors, LG has decided to launch another premium handset this year: the LG V30. The device was rumored for months until it was finally unveiled in August this year and launched just a month later in just a few select countries. With a higher price tag and even better features than the G6, it was clear that it was a rival to the iPhone X and the Galaxy S8. 1. Design
Like most Android smartphones coming out in the second half of 2017, the LG V30 also gives more screen space and eliminates almost all the edges around it.
In this case, it is more similar to Pixel 2 XL, as it still has very thin edges at the top and bottom. There is also no physical button on the front, only on the sides. The rear is very common and has rounded corners, besides having the dual camera and a fingerprint sensor.
2. Display
As we mentioned, the display is the big highlight on the front of the LG V30. Its OLED screen is 6 inches and has a great resolution of 1440 x 2880 pixels.
This results in an excellent pixel density of 537 pixels per inch. Basically, it's as good a display as we have on smartphones like the Galaxy S8 or even the iPhone X.
3. Specifications
Its overall measurements are not so different from what we are used to seeing today, even with such a large screen. The LG V30 is 151.7 mm high, 75.4 mm wide, 7.3 mm thick and weighs about 158 grams.
4. Storage
The LG V30 has two internal storage options, one version has 64 GB and the other has no less than 128 GB. The good news is that it even has a microSD card slot of up to 256 GB for those who need to expand the device's memory.

The LG V30 owes nothing in performance when compared to devices like the Galaxy S8, because it has specifications almost identical to it.
