Download Facebook: How to backup Facebook on computer

Although still the most used social network in the world, it's no secret that Facebook has been displeasing many people in recent years. Even so, it can be difficult to disconnect from the network, even because of the amount of data, information, photos and videos we have stored there. Fortunately, if this is your biggest concern, it's worth mentioning that you can back up everything on your Facebook, including your posts and conversations. Download Facebook and back up your data

As we mentioned, this method will help you download data that is stored on your Facebook. This can be very useful for anyone who wants to have their photos and videos backed up or even if they want to leave the social network for a while.

To get started, open Facebook and sign in with your account on your computer. Then click on the little arrow at the top right of the screen and select the "Settings" option.

You will then be taken to the general settings page of your social network profile. Click the "Download a copy of your Facebook data" option to proceed.

On the next screen, you can check what data will be saved in this backup. To continue, click "Open My File."

You will need to enter your password, which ensures your security and prevents others from accessing this feature.

Now click on the "Open my file" option again to confirm the action.

Shortly thereafter, you will see a message from Facebook telling you that you will prepare your data and send the download link to your main email.

This may take a few hours, but when you receive the email, simply click on the link provided and download your backup.
