Then simply choose the “Use of cellular network data” option to proceed.

You can completely turn off Netflix's ability to work on 3G, which will make the app open only when Wi-Fi can be turned on, or you can choose a limit to how much data can be spent by Netflix.
If you want to save money, it is better to choose between “Low” and “Medium”, which already guarantees a good control of your data usage. To confirm, just click "Ok".
