How to test Instagram Stories

It's been a while since Instagram released the Stories poll sticker. The sticker was the first one that allowed users to participate in some story giving their opinion. Now it's time to learn how to test Instagram Stories.

Here on AppTuts, we already show how to do polls on Instagram. Since then, other stickers have been released, such as sliding polls and questions on Instagram. But the platform was not satisfied with both types of polls and the question sticker and launched a new way to interact on the social network.

Now you can apply your own tests with the new sticker! Unlike the previous ones, your opinion here is not worth much - unless it is the same as the one who created the sticker. That is, the story creator is the one who defines the right answer. It's up to anyone looking to guess or know the answer!

How to test Instagram Stories

1 - Open Instagram and tap the button with your photo (or swipe left) to access the Stories;

2 - Take the photo or create the text of your Story;

3 - Tap the Instagram stickers icon;

4 - Choose the new Test sticker;

5 - Write the wording of the question;

6 - Enter up to four possible answers;

7 - Tap the correct answer to let the platform know how to compute your Instagram followers' participation

8 - Include any other stickers, GIFs or elements you want, but be careful not to cover your test questions;

9 - Post the quiz by tapping the Your Story button.

How to check test answers

Now that you have learned how to test Instagram by posting your first, you should be eager to know if any friends or followers have left a response.

To find out if your followers are right or wrong, return to the story you posted:

Tap the button that shows story previews in the lower left corner of the screen;

See how many times each answer has been marked;

Swipe down to see how each follower responded to the story;

Tips on how to test Instagram Stories

As we said at the beginning of the text, this sticker is different from the others. In polls and questions, you polled your followers' opinions or asked them to ask you yours.

In tests, the intention is to do some kind of quiz or quiz game. That is, it is as if you are provoking your followers to look for the answer or guess your opinion, as I did in the example of the story I used in the article.

How can you use the test sticker?

If you already have a career as an influencer on Instagram, you can create a quiz about milestones or career content, as if it were a test of which users have been with you the longest.
