Tips and tricks you don't know about in the new iOS 7
After being released to all users a few days ago, iOS has given rise to several surprises. The new version even gave rise to an excellent video recorded by Conan O'brien. All of these changes from iOS 7 over the previous version have produced some very interesting news. And after all, those who are not satisfied knowing that they will have access to new technologies, features and improvements resulting from the system upgrade.

Block a contact
Finally iOS 7 lets you block those unwanted contacts and doesn't let them keep calling you incessantly. Also, doing this is very simple. Just go to the contact and click "block this caller". This contact will be blocked until you remove this option.
It's important to note that the contact will be visible in your list, even so you can remember that the contact is blocked if you want to allow future calls.
LED lights to receive notifications
This was an option that was already in the previous version, as we explained in the article on iPhone tips and tricks, and fortunately it is still available to smartphone users. To do this simply go to Settings> General> Accessibility> Enable LED Flash for Alerts. Check out the steps below:
Step 1: Find the Settings icon, where are the system settings and other device features.
Step 2: Then select the general settings from the other categories.
Step 3: Go to the accessibility panel as shown in the image below.
Step 4: Finally, simply enable or disable the LED Flash option for Alerts as shown.
End with move option
One of the big news of iOS 7 was the option to “keep” the background image while the phone rotates, giving the feeling that you can see the bottom of the apps. To disable this option go back to Accessibility and then enable the “reduce motion” option.
Spotlight New Location
Spotlight has not ceased to exist in the new iOS 7. However, it is a bit more hidden than in the previous version. To gain access to it now you need to swipe down as shown in the image below.
Get an overview of your day
Doing a process very similar to the previous one (pulling your finger down) will give you an idea of what your day will be like. You have access to birthday, weather or even all your events. Unlike the previous option, here you need to place your finger on the top of the iPhone.
Don't let people see your notifications
The former option may appeal to many, but it is also certain to remove some privacy. In such cases, it is best to turn off people's ability to see your notifications. Go to Settings> Notification Center and then uncheck the options you want.

Organize the visualization of your day
By following the same path as the previous option you can also condition the type of information that appears in the “preview for today”. This option is great for you to adjust exactly what matters according to the demands and tasks of your daily life.
Quickly close apps
One of the most interesting modifications was the ability to close applications quickly. Just swipe your finger up and the app will close. You can also speed up this process by placing your finger on two windows at once instead of one at a time. Remember that closing apps when I'm no longer using them is a great way to save your iPhone battery, and now doing that is even more convenient!
Tell Maps if you are driving or walking
One of the new options that was added was the ability to tell Maps whether you are on foot or by car. To do this go to Settings> Maps and then choose your option. This will allow them to recalculate your routes and give you more accurate data about the time it will take to reach your destination, or even if there are shortcuts you can use!
Use Control Center
Another great news of iOS 7 is the ability to access the Control Center from the bottom of the smartphone. At the bottom edge you will have access to the flashlight, timer, calculator and camera. A little higher up you have access to music, the brightness of your screen, airplane mode, Wi-Fi, bluetooth, the do not disturb option and the vertical orientation lock.
